Why Strength Training?
Women typically begin to lose muscle mass in their 30's. Experts recommend strength training as the key to preserving and building muscle, which leads to decreased risk of chronic illness, more efficient calorie burning and weight control. 

Our station-based workout sessions focus on classic strength training exercises with a twist - to help keep you stay motivated and coming back on the regular.

KAOS is a women's focused gym which provides an atmosphere of support and caring most gyms do not have. The exercises we do are to promote healthy living as a woman while building lean muscle. Not only is the environment safe physically in the gym but mentally as well. Kelly puts a lot of work into the programming at the gym and you can tell it works not only by talking to others but by how you feel daily. Plus we have a mascot, Mavvies, and working out with a dog is pretty great."
