KAOS offers morning and evening workout time frames to make it easy for you to stay on track. Arrive during a window of time and complete the workout in about 45 minutes.

Personal Training

A KAOS personal trainer is always present to guide you through each workout - answering questions, offering modifications, and encouraging proper form.

Station-Based Programs

Each 45-minute programs includes a series of stations that change each day. We keep it simple with written instructions on whiteboards and an on-site expert to help you each step of the way.

Dial up or dial down. The KAOS program is designed to meet you where you are. With modifications available at each session and live support, we welcome every body and fitness level.

All-In-One Pricing

No gimmicks. No long-term commitments. No counting sessions. For a flat rate of $80 a month, our members enjoy up to four workouts per week.
