Hi. I'm Kelly.
My fitness jouney began nearly 30 years ago. From group classes and bootcamps to fads and food choices,  I've learned that going back to the basics is what creates sustainable, lasting health. 

As a career-long elementary school teacher, I've also learned that variety is the key to keeping people motivated. 

I combined my experience in the gym and the classroom to create KAOS - a program for women that's easy-to-follow, offers new workouts each day and has built-in modifications for all fitness levels.
